ST258: COTTON ON BLUE DRESS.

Size: XS (Able to fit S too)
Colour: Darker than picture, this royal blue like which is a bit purplish. Sorry couldn't capture the exact colour. :(
Description: Pleated on the front, with stretchable waist band. Adjustable straps. ;)
